Jeff offers comprehensive gaming and resort financial leadership with over 39 years of proven expertise in operational turnarounds and tribal gaming operations. His extensive experience includes serving as VP Finance for Eldorado Resorts during the Caesars acquisition, Chief Financial Officer at Grand Sierra Resort, General Manager at Siena Hotel Spa Casino, and Chief Administrative Officer/COO for the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.
Jeff specializes in transforming challenged properties through strategic financial management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency initiatives, consistently achieving measurable performance improvements across startup operations and major acquisitions.

Ray Brown Jr. provides specialized, data-driven, operational consulting for tribal gaming, hospitality, construction, & entertainment clients with experience managing multi-property operations and large-scale projects. His comprehensive capabilities include development and design strategies, operations analysis & optimization, tribal gaming operational consulting, construction project management, marketing and promotions strategies, and entertainment and event production.
